Cloisonné Pendant, 11th Centuary:

This pendent incrotes in its gold-work. Meaning, it dominated jewelry production in the Fatimid domains into the second half of the eleventh-century. But there was one thing that was diffrent about this pendent, rather than using granulation to highlight the filigree decoration, the goldsmith inset a plaque of cloisonné enamel as embellishment. The translucent green and opaque white, red and green enamels appear to have compositions consistent with what is known of Islamic glassmaking and glazing technolog of the period. Extra information about this artefact is fabricated from wire and strips of sheet. Also, that it is originally outlined with strung pearls and/or stones.

Current Event:

In 1984, a 2000 year old earing was found under a parkinng lot in Jerusalem. it was belived to be originated from Rome. This artefact also was embellished with cloisonne, only with small amounts. A discription would be that it was an outstanding piece, with three pearls and two emeralds. The Gold-works wereexcellent, it was showing talent and skill. The emeralds were cabbed and the pearls were irregular in shape, this was common for the periods before culturing came into popularity.

Muslim Culture and Byzantine Empire's History:

The early Byzantine empire had many excelent rulers who were wise and popular. The greatest ruler who brang the empire higher and higher was Justinian. Rarly gave up any task util it was copleted. He also created the set of laws that made up the code that was used to organize the empire, it gave justice to all. This empire was made up pf three diffrent cultures; Greek, Rome, Christian influences. After Justinians death the empire began to decline, it was shrinking in both size and power. Form the 900 to the mid-1000s, the empire expirenced a final periodf of greatness. As the greatnes got less and less in 1453 the empire wnded because of an attack. They had thier ups amd downs but every empire cant stand forever.
As time passed by Islam became a popular religion to the places near the Medirerranean Sea. At first thier less converters and then as Muhamad came along with his disciples it made everyone have a change of heart. Under the Muslim rule thier were great succsese and more was done in time. The ruler Caliphs was one of the great ruler who brang wealth and into the cutlure. Also, the ruler Harun ar-Rashid was a great ruler who brang property into the cuture. Two major acheivments of the golden age were the studies of history and the ideas from other cultures. These things brang along mathmatics and science that gave great contributions. Lititure was the strongest aspect of what came out of the acheivment of the golden age. This was very importent for the Islamic world.Because of all that was done back then caused the religion and culture to still carry on today.
